Computer or Login Issues
If your password has expired before you had a chance to reset it, there is no longer any need to contact PC Services. By following the Portal Guard instructions, you can reset your password on your own.
If you are having trouble logging in to Western computers, contact PC Services between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or telephone at (608) 789-6266.
Refer to the Use of Western Email PDF document on designated account use, passwords changes, timeliness and students’ email. Faculty can access their email from home by clicking “Web Mail” on the top menu bar of this, or any of the other web pages of the Faculty Website.

IMC (Instructional Media Center)
The IMC staff is available for questions and training regarding classroom technology. Email email@example.com or call 608-785-9107. Hours vary by semester, but the IMC tries to have a staff member available while all ITV classes are in session. A staff person is on call on nights and weekends if you need immediate assistance with classroom technology. Your divisional or regional office staff may also be available to help.
Powercampus is a Student Information System that can handle web-based application processing, manage grades, transcripts, course limits, prerequisites, academic plans, and degree audits. Use Powercampus to access student account information, and research and resolve student transaction issues quickly.
