Q3 - What did you like about this program?
The teachers and everything we have learned.
I love how everything is hands on. For culinary the only way to learn is by cooking.
I love the whole program. It has been a great experience!
The teachers were all very helpful.
I really like everything about the program. I have learned a lot about the food service and how it is run.
All the teachers are nice and wish to see us grow and learn what they have taught us. The skills taught to us are
practical and have real world uses in the career I wish to have in the future. My classmates are kind as well.
I loved how much I was able to learn about all aspects of food, along with having one main teacher you'd get to
know well, and a few more great instructors as well. I think for the money, this was a priceless experience to really
learn years of skills that I might not have gotten to immerse myself in as much from learning in a real restaurant.
I loved the student restaurant.

Q4 - What would you change about this program?
The communication teacher
That all of the teachers were in with the program and not the General ed ones as well. But Ms. XXXXX was a great
teacher and understood what we were in school for.
I would not change a thing .
I would not change anything about the program.
I would like to see a more in-depth learning. More focus on certain skill and food related material.
I would have had an extensive class about nutrition and how to incorporate it into a menu. In addition, doing
more with plating and plate garnishes would have been fun. Also, field trips to other restaurants would have been
a good experience.
