Soft skills development, professionalism in the classroom and adapted to the clinical sites, and some communication
skills vital to interacting with patients and other healthcare staff.

Challenges can come with many diverse backgrounds and personalities that students bring to the MA program.
Having them together in one Pharm section definitely proved challenging.
