Section - General Overview of Program
Instructions Provided To Respondents
We appreciate your feedback, comments and suggestions. The information you provide will strengthen
our program. Thank you.
1. What did you like about this program?
Course content (0000000496 Anonymous)
I liked the hands on part- the lab the best. I also liked that we got to experience different clinical sites.
When I talked to the MT students, they seemed disappointed that they only got to experience one clinical
site, while we got to experience 4 in our program. (0000000567 Anonymous)
I liked the scientific and investigative aspects of this program (0000000367 Anonymous)
I thought they did an excellent job preparing us for work as soon as we graduate. After completion of the
program. I feel I can work competently in the lab. (0000000568 Anonymous)
The course transitioned smoothly between each other and clinicals. (0000000708 Anonymous)
2. What would you change about this program?
Better interview preparation (0000000496 Anonymous)
I think the amount of clinical hours is in excess. I can't even being to understand how those students who
have kids have time to support their families while working 40 hours/week for free. It must be so hard.
(0000000567 Anonymous)
I would have fewer assignments due during the full time clinical period. I think students would benefit
from being able to concentrate on the department they are in at clinical rather than working on
assignments. (0000000568 Anonymous)
I would make the course a little longer. There is a lot of content that needs to be absorbed to be a good
MLT, and there is just not enough time for some of the classes. (0000000367 Anonymous)
Som times a little more organization in each class on the power points would have been nice. Sometimes
they seem to bounce from topic to topic and back again, so you did not always know what you were
looking at. (0000000708 Anonymous)
